An optical spectroscopy system using a pipeline structure matched filter and a dual slope analog digital converter and a control method thereof are provided. An optical spectroscopy system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pipeline structure matched filter to transmit an input voltage received from an amplifier to a first capacitor and a second capacitor in order using a first switch stage; and a dual slope analog digital converter to receive carriers charged in the first capacitor and second capacitor in order using a second switch stage and digitize the input voltage.
