The present invention relates to a method and a device for attracting Sitotroga cerealella using a light emitting diode (LED) emitting a predetermined wavelength. According to the present invention, a method and a device for attracting Sitotroga cerealella use an LED emitting a predetermined wavelength, so as to provide an effect of attracting and capturing the Sitotroga cerealella economically and eco-friendly, and preventing intrusion of the Sitotroga cerealella occurring during import, distribution and storage of storage materials, especially grains. The method comprises irradiating at least one kind of LED selected from a group consisting of an ultraviolet LED, a visible light LED and an infrared LED.
