A working machine in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a driving detecting unit which detects a driving mode or a neutral mode; a timer operating unit which detects whether a driver takes a seat; and a timer which controls turning on or off a brake light, wherein the timer is operated to turn off the brake light when the driving detecting unit detects the neutral mode, and the timer operating unit detects absence of a driver. According to the working machine of the present invention, when a worker takes a seat in a state of the neutral mode, the brake light is turned on so as to warn a dangerous condition where the working machine can be operated without waiting time by immediate work of the worker. On the other hand, when the worker is absent in the state of the neutral mode, the brake light is turned off after a certain time period to prevent overheating, thereby preventing damage to the brake light by fire. |
