The present invention relates to a band cable for a vehicle. The band cable for a vehicle comprises: a bad unit surrounding a wire disposed in a vehicle; a flange unit connected to an end part of the band unit and coming in contact with a vehicle body; a head unit protruding from the flange unit to be inserted and fixated to the vehicle body; and a fixing unit fixating the band unit and formed in the flange unit. The present invention provides the band cable for a vehicle which acts as a fixing material between a vehicle panel and a wiring and can be used at a narrow space.
