摘要 The present invention relates to a metal surface hardness measuring instrument, and a laser heat treatment system having the same. The metal surface hardness measuring instrument comprises; a measurement end (20) which protrudes from a lower end of a body tube bracket (10), and is provided with a diamond tip (21) which comes in contact with a surface of a metal object (M); a piezoelectric sensor (30) installed in a lower portion inside the body tube bracket (10), is in tight contact with the measurement end (20), and generates a stress signal corresponding to a stress applied to the diamond tip (21); a piezoelectric actuator (40) installed in an upper portion inside the body tube bracket (10), causing the piezoelectric sensor (30) to move to the metal object along with a motion of the piezoelectric actuator; and a spring (50) installed inside the body tube bracket (10), applying an elastic force to the piezoelectric actuator (40). According to the present invention, it is possible to precisely measure rigidity of the surface of a metal object in real time, and control the output power of a laser for heat treatment in accordance with the data of the measured rigidity.
