The present invention relates to an organic electro-luminescent device capable of suppressing the degradation of an opening rate, caused by a thickness difference between a central part and a border part in each pixel area during the formation of a liquefied organic light emitting layer, and the degradation of its lifespan, caused by the first degradation, by including a bank of which side has a sawtooth shape or stair shape. The organic electro-luminescent device includes: a first substrate on which multiple light emitting areas are defined; a first electrode installed by the light emitting areas; a bank overlapped with the edge of the first electrode and surrounding each of the light emitting areas, and of which side has a sawtooth shape or stair shape; an organic light emitting layer installed on the side of the bank and the first electrode in each of the light emitting areas surrounded by the bank; and a second electrode installed on the upper part of the organic light emitting layer.
