The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a core-sheath type antistatic fiber, which comprises the steps of: mixing a hydrophilic polymer, a conductive polymer, ionomer and a fiber-formative resin to manufacture a master batch chip; and adding the master batch chip to a core part or a sheath part, and performing a complex spinning process of the master batch chip and a fiber-formative resin. The master batch chip including the ionomer is added to the core part or the sheath part, and a complex spinning process of the master batch chip and an ordinary fiber-formative resin is performed. Accordingly, the core-sheath type antistatic fiber manufactured by the manufacturing method in the present invention secures excellent spinning workability and can maintain the properties of thread which are similar to those of a single polymer after the spinning process. In addition, conductive substances are uniformly distributed in a net structure in the antistatic fiber by heat during the spinning process so the fiber exhibits antistatic ability as electricity is discharged in the fiber when static electricity occurs. Accordingly, the antistatic fiber is less affected by the condition of external air, mostly maintains properties of the fiber and can exhibit further permanent and stable antistatic ability in comparison with an existing antistatic principle that static electricity is discharged by moisture formed on the surface of fiber. |
