Disclosed are an alloy plate having a cutting surface, and a method to process the same. According to the present invention, the alloy plate containing nickel satisfies a target tolerance range without undergoing a preheating step while cutting the alloy plate to have a concave cutting surface. The method to process the alloy plate comprises: a step of preparing the alloy plate without preheating the alloy plate; and a step of cutting the alloy plate using a cutting means.
