The present invention provides an apparatus and a method of manufacturing a wire rope with liquid synthetic resins. The method of the present invention comprises: (S 210) a liquid synthetic resin raw material preparation step of selecting and preparing liquid synthetic resins used to reinforce wire rope; (S 220) a mould conjugate fastening step of installing the wire rope whose joints are fastened between a first mould member and a second mould member and bonding the first mould member and the second mould member by facing each other to form a mould conjugate; (S 230) a mould conjugate front angle forming step of lifting the mould conjugate at a degree of 30 to 60 at the front and inputting the liquid synthetic resin raw material through an input hole formed on the front upper end of the mould conjugate; (S 240) a synthetic resin reinforcement member forming step of heating and curing the mould conjugate by supplying high-temperature heat at a temperature of 70 to 200 °C to form a synthetic resin reinforcement member around the joints, wherein the synthetic resin reinforcement member has an inclination surface, a flat surface and a tapered surface; and (S 250) a wire rope product completion step of pulling out a wire rope product with the synthetic reinforcement member from the mould conjugate. The wire rope reinforcement member is formed simply and conveniently by using the liquid synthetic resin materials in the present invention. |
