The present invention relates to a structure for fixing a light source module of a direct type backlight unit capable of stably fixing the light source module in which light sources of a plurality of light emitting diodes are mounted on a substrate inside a cover bottom. The structure for fixing the light source of the direct type backlight device fixes the light source module, in which the light emitting diodes are mounted on the substrate, inside the cover bottom. The cover bottom comprises: a vertical unit which is bent to an upper side by cutting a part of a bottom side; an extending unit which is bent from the upper part of the vertical unit to a horizontal direction; and a connecting unit which includes a hook unit in which an end unit of the extending unit protrudes from a lower part. The substrate of the light source module comprises: a penetration hole which is penetrated by the connecting unit; and a hook hole which is formed in a position separated from the penetration hole, and is inserted by the hook unit. The light source module is assembled with the cover bottom after being connected to the vertical direction to enable the connecting unit to pass the penetration hole, and being connected to the horizontal direction to enable the hook unit to be inserted into the hook hole. |
