The present invention relates to an end forming device of a headrest stay rod which maintains adhesiveness by discharging air, formed in a fixing member, to the outside in a process of fixating a stay rod; and prevents the stay rod from sliding from the fixing member by a reaction against a pressure input by providing a pair of chucks (fixing members) where an air discharge groove is formed. The end forming device of a headrest stay rod comprises: a housing; a forming tool fixing jig installed in one side of the housing, having a forming tool combined with one side; a pair of chucks which pressurizes and fixates an outer circumference of the headrest stay rod by being installed in an other side of the housing in order to face the forming tool fixing jig; a first transfer unit which transfers any one of the pair of chucks to the other side; and a second transfer unit which transfers the forming tool fixing jig toward the pair of chucks. The pair of chucks is formed in a shape to symmetrically be mutual, a settling groove formed to face each other on each side, and at least one air discharge groove formed to be connected with the settling groove in a longitudinal direction on the edge of both sides. |
