FULL DEPTH PAVEMENT RESTORE METHOD WITH TOTALLY MODIFIED HIGH EARLY STRENGTH CONCRETE WITH SLIDING TYPE PC PANEL

The present invention relates to a method which can easily be applied if a concrete pavement structure of a road or an airport currently being publicly used and does not allow traffic control for a long time damaged entirely by an influence such as ARS and D-cracking to require repairing by full end surface restoration and, more specifically, relates to the method to restore the full end surface of a very rapid-hardening modified concrete pavement using a slidable panel which allows emergency restoration with minimal traffic control, and uses flame-resistant modified concrete to eliminate steps between a new and an old structure and secure durability. The method to restore a shear surface of a very rapid-hardening modified concrete pavement using a slidable panel comprises: (S100) a preprocessing step of selecting a repair end surface (110) on a pavement (100), and making a groove; (S110) a panel preparing step of selecting a slidable panel (200) smaller than the repair end surface (110); (S120) a step of processing a primer; (S130) a step of installing a panel; (S140) a step of depositing a mortar; and (S150) a step of hardening and curing.
