The present invention relates to a magnetic shielding sheet which may reduce a loss caused by an eddy current in a shielding plate layer by flaking the shielding plate layer into fine pieces, and a manufacturing method thereof. To this end, the magnetic shielding sheet comprises: a base layer; the shielding plate layer which is stacked on the base layer and is divided into a plurality of fine pieces; a fixing adhesive layer which is stacked on one surface of the base layer such that the shielding plate layer can be bonded to the fixing adhesive layer; and a filling layer which is injected or applied onto the shielding plate layer to fill gaps between the fine pieces, and is stacked on the shielding plate layer. |
