The present invention relates to a method for encoding intra prediction. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of receiving an image, which is configured to be encoded, as an encoding unit; a step of dividing the encoding unit into a plurality of sub-units; a step of determining an intra prediction mode to be applied to the encoding unit; a step of collecting redundant data per each of the sub-units, included in the encoding unit based on the determined intra prediction mod; and a step of encoding the intra prediction mode of the encoding unit and the redundancy data of the sub-units. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an encoding/decoding method capable of effectively reducing data consumption.
