The method involves hanging a hoist in an upper region (3) of a shaft (1), which is provided for a lift. A set of counter weight guide rails (21) is mounted at a structure i.e. shaft wall, which limits the shaft. A counter weight frame (41) i.e. material shuttle, which is guided at the rails, is mounted. The frame is loaded with a set of counter weight and cabin guide rails (23). The frame is hung at the hoist. The frame is moved into an unloading position by the hoist. Lift components e.g. shaft doors, are unloaded from the frame. |
