摘要 The present invention provides a structure for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. A steel plate to form the structure is divided into at least two steel plates, and a predetermined uneven pattern is formed on each steel plate. Specifically, the two steel plates are welded to form one steel plate in such a manner that the patterns of the steel plates are arranged to be mismatched, and the structure is manufactured using the steel plate. Therefore, the structure is manufactured with the steel plate having a self-structural rigidity through the uneven patterns, thereby having a lighter weight and the same rigidity compared to other similar structures. Thus, costs can be saved, and fuel efficiency of a vehicle can be improved. Specifically, the structure can be manufactured by arranging an uneven pattern in various shapes to satisfy impact absorbing performance and rigidity supplementation required depending on the place where the structure is installed such that even one structure can have partially different rigidities. Therefore, a customized structure suitable for required rigidity and impact absorption performance can be manufactured. In addition, the steel plate with superior self-rigidity is manufactured in such a manner that the uneven pattern is formed on the steel plate by using a roll forming method as a typical technique, and the structure is manufactured using the steel plate with the pattern. Accordingly, the simplified structure is lightweight, has the desired structural rigidity, and can be rapidly manufactured.
