PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently introduce a management agent in a customer's network environment.SOLUTION: A management system can communicate with a first information processing device registered as a management agent and having a management program installed and a second information processing device through a network. The management system includes: first reception means for receiving communication information of a network device which fails in communication for monitoring with the first information processing device among network devices being management objects of the first information processing device, from the first information processing device; and control means for performing control for registering the second information processing device for performing the communication for monitoring with the network device corresponding to the communication information received by the first reception means, as a management agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
