PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch device for a bus duct by which branching from the bus duct to equipment can be performed at low cost and safely and the need of a space for bending a cable is eliminated, and a branch structure for a bus duct.SOLUTION: A branch device W for the bus duct includes: a box 10 which is fitted to a bus duct B; a terminal 20 for branch protruding from a clamp face 10a which is formed on the box 10; and a breaker 30 which is accommodated in the box and connected to the terminal 20 for branch. The box 10 includes a cable draw-out port through which a cable 50 connected with the breaker 30 is drawn out, a protrusion direction of the terminal 20 for branch protruding from the clamp face 10a and a draw-out direction of the cable 50 to be drawn out of the cable draw-out port are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
