PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a configuration of discharging compressed gas for separation of a sheet from a fixation roller, which is capable of suppressing disturbance in behavior of a sheet separated while securing separation performance by suppressing the increase in total aperture area of a discharge port 93b.SOLUTION: A nozzle 93a that discharges compressed gas for separation of a sheet from a fixation roller includes a plurality of discharge ports 93b over the width direction crossing the conveyance direction of a sheet. The plurality of discharge ports 93b include a plurality of first discharge ports 93bA provided in an end area on an end side in the width direction and a plurality of second discharge ports 93bB provided in the other area. The gap in the width direction between the mutual edges of the first discharge ports 93bA next to each other is made narrower than the average value of the gaps between the mutual edges of the second discharge ports 93bB next to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
