PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold food service cart including a partition collectively moving mechanism, easy to clean, and allowing collectively and laterally moving partition parts in all stages to change an area ratio of trays of a hot storage part and a cold storge part without including a movement space for horizontally sliding the trays in the right and left in a frontage direction of a housing.SOLUTION: A hot and cold food service cart including a partition collectively moving mechanism includes: a partition movement groove in the longitudinal direction of a penetration pipe slidably penetrating a partition part; a slide block passing from a partition part inside to the partition movement groove and reaching a penetration pipe inside; a coil spring inside the penetration pipe in one section; and a laterally moving cord inside the penetration pipe in the other section. An operator draws a winding cord of a winding rod against compressive force or tension force of the coil spring, and moves the partition part to a desired position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
