This antenna control device 10a controls a plurality of antennas from 111 to 115 in a wireless communication system which comprises a plurality of linear cells formed from the plurality of antennas for communicating with a mobile station that moves on a predetermined path, each of the antennas in said linear cells setting directivity in the same direction as the path of the mobile station and transmitting the same signal on the same frequency, and in which two frequencies are repeatedly assigned in a manner such that the frequencies used for transmission by adjacent linear cells are different. For each of the linear cells, the antenna control device 10a adjusts the allocation of power to the antennas, which form the linear cell, in a manner so as to decrease sequentially in the direction of the antenna directivity of the antennas.
