摘要 The present invention discloses a mechanical lock for a landing gear and a lock ring mechanism thereof, relates to the structural design of a landing gear of an airplane, and is capable of solving the problem that the lock ring mechanism cannot conveniently conduct a compensative adjustment to the meshing gap between a lock hook and the lock ring mechanism. The lock ring mechanism comprises a rotary shaft and a lock ring support, wherein the rotary shaft is connected with the landing gear, and an installation hole is provided at one end of the rotary shaft; the lock ring support comprises a foot and a lock ring pin and is fixedly provided on the rotary shaft via the foot; the lock ring mechanism further comprises a gap adjustment sheet which is provided with a through hole having a diameter not smaller than that of the foot, and the height of the foot is greater than the sum of the height of the installation hole and the thickness of at least one gap adjustment sheet; and the foot of the present invention is able to penetrate the through hole of at least one gap adjustment sheet and the installation hole successively such that at least one gap adjustment sheet can be provided between the lock ring support and the rotary shaft, so as to conduct a convenient and quick compensative adjustment to the gap between the lock ring pin and the lock hook. The lock ring mechanism of the present invention can be used to design the structure of the mechanical lock for an airplane landing gear.
