An absorption column 13 is equipped with: a CO2 absorption section 13A for absorbing CO2 from CO2-containing exhaust gas 11A using a lean solution 12B; a main rinse section 13C for recovering an accompanying CO2 absorbent using a rinse solution 20; a rinse-solution circulation line L1 for circulating a rinse solution 20 containing the CO2 absorbent recovered in a fluid storage section 21 of the main rinse section 13C; a pre-rinse section 13B provided between the CO2 absorption section 13A and the main rinse section 13C; a rinse-section-extraction-fluid supply line L2 for extracting some 20a of the rinse solution 20 containing the CO2 absorbent from the rinse-solution circulation line L1, and introducing the same into a reflux section 17 of an absorption fluid regeneration tower 14; and a refluxed-water supply line L3 for extracting some of the refluxed water from the tower-floor-section side of the reflux section 17 relative to the introduction position thereto, introducing the same as a pre-rinse solution 20b for the pre-rinse section 13B, and connected on the pre-rinse section 13B side. |
