PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement crosstalk cancellation processing which suppresses sound quality deterioration not only for a center localization component signal but also for right and left localization component signals.SOLUTION: A difference between an in-phase component of a right signal and a left signal and a deformed reverse-phase component obtained by deforming a reverse-phase component of the right signal and the left signal is determined and a sum of the in-phase component and the deformed reverse-phase component is determined. The deformed reverse-phase component is a reverse-phase component that is deformed by imparting a transmission property for crosstalk cancellation. When a transmission property until a reproduction sound of a speaker at one side reaches an ear of a listener at the same side is defined as Hd and a transmission property until reading an ear at an opposite side is defined as Hx, the transmission property for crosstalk cancellation has an impulse response property corresponding to the case where a time waveform of an impulse response of a transmission property represented by (Hd+Hx)/(Hd-Hx) is cut in the middle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
