PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity countermeasure element by which insulation resistance is prevented from being lowered in a short time when operated under a high temperature in a state where the voltage is impressed.SOLUTION: A static electricity countermeasure element includes: an insulating laminated body having first and second laminated insulating substrates; first and second opposing electrodes which are arranged between the first and second insulating substrates and arranged opposite to each other; and a discharge inducing part which is provided separating tips of the first and second opposing electrodes from each other. As a result, an element can be obtained, whose insulation resistance is prevented from being lowered in a short time when operated under a high temperature in a state where the voltage is impressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
