PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage filling method and apparatus which enable sterilization treatment capable of improving sterilization effect on a preform even using low concentration hydrogen peroxide and preventing molding failure, such as whitening, distortion, and molding unevenness, likely to occur during container molding in an in-line system.SOLUTION: A molding and beverage filling method includes: preheating a preform 1 while continuously traveling the preform 1; spraying hydrogen peroxide mist K or gas to the preheated preform 1; further heating the preform 1 to a molding temperature; molding the preform 1, reaching the molding temperature, into a container in a blow molding die also continuously traveling; taking out the container from the blow molding die; filling beverage into the container while continuously traveling the container; and sealing the container with a cap. In a molding method, a process from the preheating of the preform to the spraying of the hydrogen peroxide mist K or gas is performed outside a heating furnace, and the heating to the molding temperature is performed inside the heating furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
