PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation rate without increasing a size.SOLUTION: A cleaning device (10) includes: a storage part (22) in which a cleaning cloth (33) is stored; a drawing part (34) which draws out the cleaning cloth; a cleaning cloth setting mechanism part (40) having a lifting member (42) which ascends and descends together with the cleaning cloth drawn by the drawing part; and a projection part (49) which projects upward to a position between an ascending position and a descending position of the lifting member. When the lifting member is in the ascending position, the cleaning cloth can be drawn. When the lifting member is in the descending position, the projection part engages with the cleaning cloth, and an optical instrument is pressed to the cleaning cloth engaged with the projection part by a robot to clean the optical instrument.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
