The present invention relates to a dopant compound and a host compound of a specific combination, and an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a combination of at least one dopant compound represented by chemical formula 1 and at least one host compound represented by chemical formula 2. According to the present invention, the organic electroluminescent device has excellent light-emitting efficiency and lifespan properties.
