PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing immunity capable of measuring antigens with high sensitivity and accuracy, and a reagent used for the method.SOLUTION: The method for analyzing immunity makes an antigen-antibody reaction and/or measurement in the presence of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether surface-active agent with 8 to 14 carbon atoms of an alkyl group.
