PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolution device which washes an inner part of a dissolution tank, removes micro-organisms that may occur on the inner part of the dissolution tank and can keep the inner part of the dissolution tank clean.SOLUTION: A gas dissolution device 1 includes a pump 2 and a dissolution tank 3, fluid which is caused to flow into an inner part of the dissolution tank 3 from a discharge part 4 disposed on the pump 2 through an inflow part 5 disposed on a bottom part of the dissolution tank 3 is mixed with gas, liquid in which the gas is dissolved is produced and the liquid is caused to flow out to an outer part of the dissolution tank 3 from an outflow part 6 disposed on the dissolution tank 3. The pump 2 is provided with a suction part 8 having a switching valve 7, at least a suction pipe 9 for supplying the fluid is connected to the suction part 8, and the fluid and the washing liquid for washing the inner part of the dissolution tank 3 are supplied to the dissolution tank 3 so as to permit the switching by means of the switching valve 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
