PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a foam layer with uniform foam characteristics to an in-mold label.SOLUTION: An in-mold label container 10 includes an in-mold label 6, and an injection resin layer 5 that is obtained by injecting an injection resin to a surface of the in-mold label 6. The in-mold label 6 has a polystyrenic foam sheet 14 that is pre-foamed before the injection of the injection resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
