The present invention relates to a wireless charging apparatus for a portable terminal, comprising: an electromagnetic generator having a primary coil for generating an electromagnetic field; and an inductive charger for generating an induced current by the electromagnetic field from the electromagnetic generator so as to charge a battery, wherein the inductive charger comprises: a case to which a portable terminal is detachably mounted; a secondary coil for generating an induced current by the electromagnetic field from the primary coil when being located on the electromagnetic generator, the secondary coil being disposed in the case; a conversion unit for converting the induced current induced by the secondary coil into a chargeable current, the conversion unit being connected to the secondary coil; an auxiliary battery disposed in the case; a switching unit for performing switching so as to supply the induced current converted by the conversion unit to the portable terminal or the auxiliary battery, or supply the current charged in the auxiliary battery to the portable terminal, the switching unit being connected to the conversion unit; a first connector for connecting the switching unit and the portable terminal to each other; and a second connector for connecting the switching unit and the auxiliary battery to each other. The present invention can not only facilitate charging of a battery for a portable terminal, but can also easily charge a battery for a portable terminal when the batter is discharged. |
