The present invention relates to a mobile storage device having a magnet embedded therein, the device comprising: a housing (100); an electrode unit (200) provided on one side of the housing (100) so as to come into contact with an external terminal unit (20) provided in an external device; a memory (300) located inside the housing (100), and connected to the electrode unit (200) so as to transmit/receive data to/from the external device through the electrode unit (200); and a magnet (400) located inside the housing, and making the electrode unit (200) and the external terminal unit (20) come into contact with each other by magnetic force such that a mutual electrical connection occurs therebetween.
