PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition for table ware and hand washing, which is more excellent in cost effect, which is mild, which has an effect of hydration and/or humidification to a skin, and which can be easily processed.SOLUTION: Provided is a table ware cleaning method by hand work using a liquid detergent composition for table ware and hand washing, in which the detergent composition including an anionic surfactant, and a cationic polymer having a molecular weight of 2,100,000 or lower, and charge density of 0.45 meq/g or higher.
