PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimum image forming apparatus and execute a print job, without useless operation.SOLUTION: The positional information addition part 202 of a terminal device 101 adds the positional information of the terminal device transmitting the print job to the print job and transmits it to a server 102. The positional state information collection part 203 of the server 102 collects the positional information of each image forming apparatus and state information on the execution of the print job from a plurality of image forming apparatuses. An optimum apparatus decision part 204 decides an optimum image forming apparatus for the execution of the print job. A specification apparatus determination part 205 determines whether or not the decided optimum image forming apparatus is coincident with the image forming apparatus specified by the print job. An optimum apparatus proposal part 207 allows the terminal device being the transmission source of the print job to display an apparatus selection screen urging the specification of the image forming apparatus executing the print job and transmits the print job to the image forming apparatus 100 specified by a user.
