PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifier excellent in emulsion stability and low foaming property.SOLUTION: In an emulsifier containing at least two kinds of nonionic surfactants and having a chromatogram obtained by liquid chromatography under measurement conditions that: unit is LCMS-2010EV (made by Shimadzu Corporation); column is ShimPack XR-ODS (3.0 mmi.d×100 mm); mobile phase is A/B=15/85 (v/v) [A is 10 mM ammonium acetate aqueous solution/methanol=80/20 (v/v); and B is methanol]; flow rate is 0.2 mL/min; oven temperature is 40°C; detector is mass spectrometer [ESI, negative ion mode and m/z100-2000]; dry gas is nitrogen [1.5 L/min]; and capillary voltages are +4.5kV and -3.5kV, at least two peaks derived from the nonionic surfactants exist and difference between the maximum time and the minimum time of holding times corresponding to a peak top is 1-60 min.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
