PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for a thermosetting laminated sheet which can secure a good working environment, has excellent storage stability, has both adhesiveness to a flexible film and adhesiveness to a hard film and can obtain sufficient adhesive strength even at a treatment temperature of less than 200°C, and to provide a laminated steel plate using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition for a laminated sheet which comprises: a polymer (A); a compound (B) which is an isocyanate group-containing compound (b-1) and/or an epoxy group-containing compound (b-2); and a compound (C) having one or more acid anhydride groups. However, the polymer (A) satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2). (1) The polymer (A) is obtained by copolymerizing 0.01 to 20 wt.% of an unsaturated compound having a hydroxyl group (a-1) and 80 to 99.99 wt.% of the other unsaturated compound (a-2). (2) The copolymer (A) has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 20°C or more and less than 120°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
