PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll molding roll capable of performing arbitrary R curve processing without any wrinkling, distortion, or buckling of a design surface, and without damaging the design surface even when the sectional shape of a processed material is complex.SOLUTION: The roll molding roll for roll-molding a processed material having a design surface includes a rotary shaft, and a contact part rotated around the rotary shaft to abut on the processed material. The contact part has a first contact part that abuts on the design surface of the processed material along a direction parallel to the rotary shaft, and a second contact part that abuts on the design surface of the processed material along a direction vertical to the rotary shaft. The first contact part is made of a first elastic resin material, and the second contact part is made of a second resin material harder than the first resin material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
