PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking jig that may also be used for marking diversely set insertion depths on a reinforcing bar.SOLUTION: A marking jig for a reinforcing bar includes a jig body 10 and a masking member 20. The jig body 10 has an abutted surface 13a abutted on a tip of a reinforcing bar 1, and a support wall 14 extending linearly along the reinforcing bar 1, in a direction orthogonal to the abutted surface 13a. The masking member 20 has a fitting wall 21 that extends along the support wall 14 of the jig body 10, and masking walls 22, 23 opposite an outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 1. Windows 22a, 23a are formed on the masking walls 22, 23, for applying a coating material and forming a mark on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 1. By inserting a bolt 31 into a thorough-hole 32 formed on the support wall 14 and screwing on a female screw part 33 on the fitting wall 21, the masking member 20 is connected selectively to one of a plurality of connecting positions on the support wall 14.
