PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for treating cancer with a combination of compounds that modulate protein kinase enzymatic activities.SOLUTION: This invention provides methods of treating cancer with a combination of compounds which inhibit kinases, more specifically MEK and PI3K.
