Provided is an ultrasonic imaging device comprising: an ultrasonic conversion unit for sequentially outputting a first ultrasonic signal, a second ultrasonic signal and a third ultrasonic signal; and a beamforming unit for generating a first combined signal by delaying the first ultrasonic signal and then combining same with the second ultrasonic signal and for generating a second combined signal by delaying the first combined signal and then combining same with the third ultrasonic signal.
