The present invention relates to a polyalkylene carbonate particle preparation method capable of causing resin particles to precipitate from a polyalkylene carbonate suspension, which is obtained through polymerization of an epoxide and carbon dioxide, so as to separate the same. According to the present invention, provided is the preparation method, which can obtain, in a high yield and at a low energy cost, a polyalkylene carbonate resin in a form having excellent processability, and, compared with a conventional method such as a flash separation method, can reduce equipment size, processing time, and the generated amount of wastewater.
