Provided in the present invention are a method and apparatus for rearrangement in a multi-protocol label switching ring network, wherein the method comprises: a first intermediate node detecting the occurrence of a failure between the first intermediate node and a neighboring second intermediate node; the first intermediate node acquiring a pre-established correlation relationship between an egress working tunnel and an egress protective tunnel of the first intermediate node; according to the correlation relationship, the first intermediate node switching an egress data flow on the egress working tunnel to the egress protective tunnel, or switching an egress data flow on the egress protective tunnel to the egress working tunnel. The technical solution of the present invention saves the time for rearrangement remarkably since there is no need of table lookup during the process of data flow rearrangement in the multi-protocol label switching ring network. |
