PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a far side airbag apparatus capable of inflating and deploying a lower end of a side airbag between a passenger and a center console with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A far side airbag apparatus 10 is configured so that a side airbag 20 receiving supplied gas and inflated and deployed is accommodated within a side section 14S, near the center console 16 side, of a seat back 14 of a vehicle seat 12 so that a lower end portion of the side airbag 20 in a folded state is located on a lower side than an upper surface 16U of the center console 16 in the vehicle vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
