PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an amorphous thermoplastic resin film, which can improve slipperiness and mechanical properties of an amorphous thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 10 μm or less, and can easily produce the amorphous thermoplastic resin film without damaging the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an amorphous thermoplastic resin film, in which a molding material 1 is prepared by adding 1.0 to 10 pts.mass of a fluorine resin having a molten viscosity of 120,000 poises or less relative to 100 pts.mass of an amorphous thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of 200°C or more; the molding material 1 is set in an extruder 2 and is molten extrusion molded through a die 4 as an amorphous thermoplastic resin film 5 having a thickness of 1.0 to 10 μm, and at the same time temperatures of the extruder 2 and the die 4 are set to be a value between the lower of a glass transition temperature of the amorphous thermoplastic resin or a melting point of the fluorine resin and 400°C; and a temperature of a metal roll 7 on which the amorphous thermoplastic resin film 5 is wound around is set in a range from (the glass transition temperature of the amorphous thermoplastic resin-100°C) to (the glass transition temperature of the amorphous thermoplastic resin-10°C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
