PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit and a semiconductor device which allow for low power consumption, even when power gating is performed in a circuit block having a transistor where a bias voltage is applied to a back gate.SOLUTION: A power supply control circuit includes a first switch inserted between a first power supply and a first node for connection with a predetermined circuit block, a second switch inserted between a second power supply having a voltage value different from that of the first power supply and a second node for connection with the back gate of a transistor in the circuit block, a third switch inserted between the first node and second node, and a control section for turning the second switch on and turning the third switch off when turning the first switch on, and turning the second switch off and turning the third switch on when turning the first switch off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
