PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for displaying a screen shot without using a screen memorandum.SOLUTION: A remote operation device 1 is configured to, when a screen shot end button (not shown in Fig.) of an operation part 11 is operated during recording by a recording and reproducing device 2, transmit a chapter write signal to the recording and reproduction device 2, and to transmit a stop signal after transmission.
