PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life LED package that suppresses a deterioration of quantum dots, and has a desired luminescent color, high luminance, and an emission spectrum with a narrow half band width.SOLUTION: An LED package 1 includes a frame 2 having an LED 3 mounted therein, and a glass cell 4 arranged above the LED 3. The glass cell 4 includes quantum dots 6 dispersed in a resin or an organic solvent 5. The glass cell 4 is not in direct contact with the LED 3.
