PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer which reduces influences, upon a conversion property, caused by the variation of a transient response for each element.SOLUTION: The transducer includes: a plurality of elements 101 each including a cell in a structure where a vibration film including one of a first electrode and a second electrode which are provided while interposing an interval therebetween, is supported so as to be vibrated; bias wiring 103 for supplying a bias voltage to the first electrode in order to provide a potential difference between the first and second electrodes and electrically connecting the first electrodes of the plurality of elements with each other; and signal wiring 104 which is connected for each of the plurality of elements. The bias wiring includes: at least two branch wiring to which the first electrodes of partial elements among the plurality of elements are connected respectively; and at least two first common wiring connecting the branch wiring with each other, and the plurality of elements are connected to the two branch wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
