PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise in a single shaft type linear actuator using a hypocycloid speed reduction mechanism.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 1 has a shaft 29, a speed reduction mechanism 26 decelerating rotation of an electric motor 6 and transmitting it to the shaft 29, a screw nut 33 screwedly installed to the shaft 29, and a piston tube 10 fixed to the screw nut 33 and moving forward and backward in association with rotation of the shaft 29. In the speed reduction mechanism 26, a hypocycloid mechanism is used, which has an inner gear 69 eccentrically rotating and a ring gear 71 meshing with the inner gear 69. The inner gear 69 is connected to the electric motor 6 side. On the shaft 29 side, a coupling 75 is provided, which is connected to the inner gear 69 via output pins 83. The output pins 83 are press-fitted and fixed to the coupling 75, and are inserted in pin insertion holes 84 of the inner gear 69 in a loosely-fitted state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
